We offer 30, 35, 50, 60 and 100 sqm private office in our facility at ClujHub, in the center of the city. This is all working surface, as the kitchen, meeting rooms, bathrooms, terrace with a really nice view, are all shared.

The price offer is structured as follows: 30 sqm - 750 euro + VAT; 35 sqm - 875 euro + VAT; 50 sqm - 1250 euro + VAT, 60 sqm - 1500 euro + VAT, 60 sqm- 1800 euro + VAT, 100 sqm - 2500 + VAT - it comes down to approximately 125 euro / person.

All services are included in the price offer with no other charges.

We are the first option in terms of office space for companies wanting to open subsidiasies in Cluj because of the full services we offer, proof being that majority of our clients for private offices are foreign companies from countries like Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, United States, Italy.

We usually rent on a minimum of 12 months period, with a three moths deposit that pays out for the last three months of the contract, which becomes the notice period for ending the contract.
