EPAM Systems, a giant in the IT field, signed a lease for 1,100 square meters, Crystal Tower thus becoming the first headquarters in Romania of the multinational company. The Havas advertising and media agency will relocate to the same building, where it rented 600 square meters.

Located in the central business area of Bucharest, Crystal Tower is the only private property in the capital with a heliport. With a beautiful panoramic view of the city, the Class A office building has a leasable area of approximately 16,000 square meters. Multinationals such as Reckit Benkiser, Editec or Ceetrus signed leases for 4,000 square meters earlier this year.
