With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and over 12 years of holding various positions in sales and experience management, Odele joined Mindspace in 2018.

”I knew early on that hospitality would be an integral part of my professional path, and for the last decade, I have benefited from many opportunities that allowed me to develop my skills and my mindset. So when I started working at Mindspace, I was excited to see how hospitality and office spaces intertwine and to add another layer to what I already knew about this industry. I look forward to having an even bigger impact on the happiness and well-being of our members and to further improve their experience. The company is in a very good place right now, expanding both in Europe and in the US, this year alone seven new locations will be added to their portfolio. In the CEE region, Mindspace launched its second location in Warsaw, Mindspace Skyliner, earlier in April this year. The space is located in the 42-story Skyliner office building in Warsaw and provides more than 600 workstations, spread over 400 square meters of office space,” said Odele Bishop.

Mindspace opened its first location in Romania in December 2018, in the A office building on the Globalworth Campus. In April 2019, their second location – Mindspace Victoriei – swiftly followed, located at the Bucharest Tower Center. Its global community of over 15,000 members enjoys – in addition to the many perks and benefits – a wide range of workspace solutions from private offices to boutique meeting rooms, lounge areas, and a plethora of services. Through personalized service and a wealth of amenities, Mindspace caters to the specific, flexible needs of companies.

Also joining the company is Andreea Birladeanu, who holds a BA in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham and gathered 10 years of experience working for companies such as Marriott, Booking.com and TEILOR.

“I am very excited to lead both locations in Romania, to help out in further developing the team efforts and supporting the business while learning from everyone along the way. It’s very important for us to create the best management team we can, especially for emerging markets such as Romania,” said Andreea Bîrlădeanu.
