Microsoft (IT&C) rented an area of 1,091 sq. m, Linde Gaz occupied 1,100 sq. m and ZTE (IT&C) has rented 1,260 sq. m.

The building with 4,500 sq. m was completed last year and the developers plan to deliver a second building, with an area of 5,000 sq. m, during 2015.
